this is the crappiest hotel in massachussetts.....basically my wife became very ill the day we were supposed to stay there and they wouldn't refund my card. not even for one day.

i would think twice about booking there if i were you. terrible customer service. manager cowardly wouldn't come to the phone. i am going to bury them on every review site i can find.
