This hotel met my needs pretty well. The free breakfast can be chaotic if you eat late. This hotel really needs a second elevator.

Overall the hotel was nice. The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff wasn't the best. One gentleman working the desk didn't look clean and wasn't very .....

Positives: The room was nice with 2 beds & a pullout sofa. Great for a family of 5.
Negatives: The staff was really unprofessional both in appearance and behavior. They weren't rude, just not clean or professionally dressed and not knowledgeable.

The hotel has recently been renovated and is very pleasing. The room was large enough, but the bathroom was very small. The fridge, microwave and coffeemaker were very welcome amenities. I do .....
