Positives: The staff was friendly and helpful. If I needed a question answered, they were on the ball with the answer and were helpful overall.

Negatives: Connecting flight to LAS was delayed due to airport closing weather related. I still had to pay for the room for the first night we missed.

The room we stayed in was in need of many repairs. The smoke detector had been removed from the room. The headboard of the bed was falling off. The entire hotel is in need of a good cleaning as well .....

This hotel bumped us. We did not stay with them. When we arrived at 12:45am with small children with a change of plans. I'm very dissatisfied with how our stay went.
