They offer a complimentary breakfast which is nice. The staff was nice but made several errors. We only had a couple towels in the bathroom.

Be careful, the noise will keep you awake! Otherwise this hotel was what I expected. The free internet and breakfast are nice.

Overall I was satisfied with the hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hot Continental breakfast was excellent. Shuttle service available when we needed it. Hotel had us down for a smoking .....

Positives: Shuttle service to MD Anderson Clinic was awesome. Very accommodating and always on time.

Negatives: Room smelled very bad. Smelled like someone had just used the facility and had not flushed the toilet.

The building is attractive from the outside, lobby, and hotel rooms are beautiful. Very spacious sleeping arrangements with refrigerator and microwave. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Negatives: Leaving the hotel you had to go 2 lights down to turn around.
