The hotel fee of USD11.77 per room, per night is for the provision of high-speed wireless internet access, local phone calls /up to 15 minutes each, daily New York Times or Miami Herald, access to the fitness room, and usage of the lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach and poolside.*** ***Reduced elevator service thru Nov06 1 elevator in the Historic Tower building will be out of service over the next 6 months for a full modernization project, resulting in slower than usual elevator service to the City- and Oceanfront rooms (only 1 elevator will be is use instead of 2). However, all rooms also have easy stairway access to the lobby or other floors. This project will not affect our Deluxe Cabana Wing at all; the only impact is to the Tower City- and Oceanfront rooms. Limited noise may be experienced from time to time, but noise is not expected to be a major factor in this project. Any rooms impacted (near the elevators) will be unavailable for sale during this time. Work will occur Monday through Saturday, 8AM to 6PM.
