The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was clean. The room with the whirlpool is really just a whirlpool tub (very small) and the sofa bed.

They put us in a smoking room even though we don't smoke.

Generally ok except for toilet water did not shut off and towel rack was loose on wall and fell off when taking a towel. Office personnel were friendly and accommodating.
