Friendly and helpful staff and close to Downtown Indianapolis is the real only upside of this hotel. If you're looking for somewhere nice to stay go somewhere else.

I would recommend for the casual traveler. Not a glamorous place but comfortable beds.

When I walked in, everything seemed nice for a motel. It wasn't until the next morning that I encountered problems. When getting ready to shower, I adjusted the water temp, and opened the curtain.

I would recommend this hotel to those that want an inexpensive place to sleep. The location if pretty good to get to downtown. The breakfast consists of cereal, juice, coffee and muffin.

Positives: The location was pretty good for what we wanted to do.
Negatives: The sheets were not clean and were not changed the whole time we there. The toilet did not work properly (water running constantly).

Stayed two nights for Indianapolis 500 race; location was great, easy access to I-465 to get places. Room and beds were fine, as was bath and shower. Check in and front desk reception area are very .....

The pool was under construction so that was out. The linens had hair and soil on them and the bathroom wall was in serious need of cleaning. It was nasty! The coffee pot itself was clean but the unit .....
