Neat and clean, with everything serviceable and usable. The air-conditioning unit was a tad loud and woke us up when it cycled on and off. The free breakfast left something to be desired. Hard boiled .....

The breakfast was ok, hard boiled eggs were horrible, but the potatoes and sausage were good. Other cold breakfast foods were available.

I would take this out of your hotels in your bookings. It was horrible - I spent one hour there and left totally disgusted.

Way better than other hotels in the area for same price. Not too much around hotel to get supplies at. Nearby Mexican restaurants are good. I had to stay an extra night and did not have access to a .....

Service was excellent. Did not like smoking room because I felt I was breathing it just being in the room. It looked very clean but wow what a difference. Service was the best we have ever had.

Positives: Manager greeted me with my name when I walked in and the next morning.
Negatives: I thought I ordered non smoking and got smoking and my closes smelled like smoke even though we did not smoke.

After the initial problem at the desk, the burrito left in the refrigerator of my dads room, the bug in the bathroom in mine and the remote not working the room was ok.
