Where do you want me to start? Everything exceeded our expectations, and this is difficult to do with my red-headed wife! Front desk, room, pool area and restaurant all great. We'd love to stay there .....

They accommodated me in every way. Put a fridge, microwave and cot in room at no additional cost. No good restaurants nearby. I enjoyed the daily fruit water in lobby (?), very, clean, good service .....

Great hotel just too pricey. I stayed at another hotel in Fullerton that was almost as nice.

This hotel was beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly - went above and beyond. The room was wonderful. The restaurant was great - tons of food for a great price. Extremely friendly staff .....

Overall this is a very nice hotel. The front desk has the proper customer handling approach and should be set as an example for the other areas like restaurant, room cleaning etc. Perhaps a short .....

Negatives: Service/maintenance personnel should not rush ahead of hotel guest to get to the elevator.
