Our lobby revitalization is complete. We have added dramatic highlights to the arrival experience. An impressive new porte cochere is the gateway to a magnificent new bar, huge new Starbucks and the desert's coolest new sushi bar. Just about everything has changed except for the lobby's breathtaking view of the mountains.
Hotel amenities at Desert Springs: A JW Marriott Resort and Spa Palm Desert include fifteen onsite restaurants, snack bars and lounges. Colibri Grille, LakeView, Mikado, Ristorante Tuscany and SeaGrille comprise our five signature restaurants. The new atrium lobby features a dramatic sixty foor bar with a luminescent onyx countertop and cascading waterfall backdrop. Adjacent to this is a full service sushi bar serving all of the delectable seafood delights.
Recreational options include five outdoor pools, health club and spa, jogging path, sauna, tennis, whirlpools and two golf courses: Palms and Valley. Basketball, bicycle rentals, croquet, a game room, miniature and sand volleyball are also available. Outstanding hotel services include an activities and tour desk, child care and children's programs, concierge, florist, full business center, gift shop/newsstand, hair salon/barber, laundry and valet, rental car desk, safety deposit boxes, shoeshine, twenty-four hour room service and wireless Internet access in the lobby. We offer golf, spa and tennis pro shops in addition to thirteen retail outlets. Parking is USD 9 per night self-park or USD 22 per night valet service.
