Very clean, nice facility. Nice touches like a fitness center, continental breakfast, big rooms, all made for a nice stay. Helpful, pleasant staff too.

Negatives: I got a wake up call at 6 am, and I didn't ask for it! (Was on vacation).

We stay here frequently when in Denver. Up until now the staff has been friendly and accommodating. The manager on duty wanted to up charge this time for a requested king bed - they never have before.

Negatives: They have just started up-charging $5.00 if you ask for a king bed. They never have in past.

We stay at this hotel at least once a month on business. It is convenient to restaurants, shopping and easy access to freeways for travel around the city. The beds are extremely comfortable. The .....

Positives: The best bed in any hotel I have stayed in.

Negatives: The internet is very slow connecting-sometimes is not working and requires a lot of tech support. Some non-smoking rooms are definitely smoked in.

The high-speed Internet wasn't working well, but the beds were OK. Last time we had a refrigerator in the room (it was our second stay), and I assumed that all rooms had that. Apparently not. My dog .....

It was a handy location for us. The room we had was large. Table, chairs, closet, Ironing board & Iron. . . Pets allowed.

Positives: The room was large and pleasant-had many amenities, hair dryer, iron, Internet hookup, hot tub, workout.

Negatives: The lobby attendant was away from the desk when we needed to check out -- Would have liked bigger beds.
