Hyatt Key West is undergoing a 9 million USD renovation with completion at the end of May 2007. The resort will remain operational but some hotel services may be modified or relocated to other venues. . Renovation Update - Scheduled completion in May 2007 Buildings One and Three with 85 rooms have been completed so all guests now stay in new rooms. Blue Mojito Pool Bar & Grill, the pool, the pool deck and the whirlpool are open. Three all-new poolside spa cabanas (one is designated for treatments while the spa facility is being completed). Building Two - rooms, lobby and spa began this week. During lobby renovation, the front desk will be re-located to the lanai (veranda) outside.
