We had friends and family there for a wedding in the area; they really wanted our money, but not us as guests. They were rude and not very interested in our. There was lack of customer service and .....

The location is fine. They have friendly staff. But when I got to the room the beds were fine. The room smells, room is okay (not great). The carpet OMG when you walk w/o shoes or slippers your feet .....
