The Williamsburg Lodge, one of John D. Rockefeller Jr.'s original Colonial Williamsburg hotels, is undergoing a significant expansion and renovation process. The Ashby and Custis Guestshouses opened in July and provide guests with charming southern comforts even as the project continues. Registration check-in for the hotel has been temporarily moved to the former Craft House adjacent to the Williamsburg Inn.
