Must cancel by 3PM CST three days to prior to arrival (72 hours) to avoid full amount of stay charge. With three room options, Value Place is an exceptional alternative to furnished rental apartments or hotels. Special Note Concerning Sunday Arrivals, Our office is closed Sunday, therefore there are no Sunday check-ins.
