We invite you to experience the cuisine of the Hartstone's Internationally award-winning Chef. Candlelit dinner is presented in our elegantly appointed dining room with fine china and crystal. Chef Michael infuses New England Cuisine with an international flair, featuring the freshest seafood and local ingredients. Our five-course dinner menu changes nightly to utilize the freshest possible ingredients and our cellar list offers a variety of fine wines to complement your dinner. Advance reservations are recommended.
Each air conditioned guestroom is a unique experience in pampered luxury. Carefully chosen furnishings bring together authentic period antiques, family heirlooms, and exacting reproductions to create the mood of long ago charm and romance.
