The Green Heron Inn, one of Kennebunkport's historic Bed and Breakfast Inns, is located on Ocean Avenue, in one of the town's most charming neighborhoods. It sits adjacent to an estuarine cove, near the mouth of the Kennebunk river and just around the bend from President George Bush's vacation home on Walkers Point.

The Green Heron Inn Bed and Breakfast in Kennebunkport offers a cozy, informal atmosphere and warm hospitality in the finest New England tradition. There are ten charming guest rooms in the main inn. Each room has a private bath, television, and all are air-conditioned. A fireplace in some of our rooms provides a warm and cozy atmosphere to enhance your experience at the inn. Some of our rooms also have refrigerator, microwave, and in room coffee maker for your convenience.
Flat-screen TV and DVD players in some of our rooms help you wind down after a busy day enjoying everything Kennebunkport has to offer. In addition, the Green Heron Inn also offers a cove-side cottage. The cottage has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a kitchenette, porch and a balcony.All of our in-house room rates assume double occupancy, while the rate for the cottage is for triple occupancy. Our rates include our gourmet three-course breakfast each morning, plus afternoon refreshments, evening tea and coffee. Some rooms can accommodate an extra person at a charge of $40 per night.
