The Morgan House Inn Bed and Breakfast is located in Bar Harbor. Bar Harbor is located on Mount Desert Island and is surrounded by Acadia National Park. Our Victorian home, Morgan House was built in 1903 and is conveniently located on a quiet tree lined street in the center of Bar Harbor. Shops, restaurants, and night time activities are just a 2 minute walk down the street. The many entrances into Acadia National Park are a 5 minute drive or bike from the Inn.

The owners and hosts of the Morgan House, Line and Richard Rechholtz, look forward to talking with the guests and help them plan there day's activites. Richard is a Park Ranger at Acadia National Park and can recommend activities in the park such as biking on the Carriage roads, hiking on one of the many trails or just exploring the coast line and mountains on your own with a park map in hand. The whale watching boats leave from just down the street.

Let our beautiful rooms, decor, and setting surround you with the relaxed warmth and comfort of a New England Inn. All rooms have a private bath, queen size bed, and television. Our Master Suite or Honeymoon Suite has a queen size canopy bed, sitting room with a working fireplace, balcony, and refrigerator.
