We are located on eight spacious, beautifully landscaped, restful acres in Boothbay Harbor. Our units are well off the road affording a quiet relaxing ambience after a day full of activities. We are but a few minutes walk to the ocean and several restaurants, and only a 15-20 minute walk to the charming village of Boothbay Harbor.

On the Grounds for your enjoyment are a heatedpool, tennis court, basketball, croquet, horseshoes, and quiet wooded area for strolling. We are almost exactly mid-way between Boston and Bar Harbor (Approx. 3 hours either way). The Bracy Family is waiting to make your stay special, memorable, and relaxing. Well behaved pets are allowed.

Every spacious room has sliding glass doors opening onto a balcony and includes a refrigerator, telephone, and color cable TV with remote. All rooms are air-conditioned and heated. Coffee, tea, and donuts are complimentary to the room from 8:00 to 10:00 each morning.
