The Sea Cliff House sits directly on a quiet section of Old Orchard Beach offering you a tranquil oceanfront vacation on one of the most beautiful 7 miles of beach you'll find anywhere in the world. From our hotel, you may take a peaceful walk along a continuous stretch of sand, in either direction. We’re near Ocean Park and just a ten minute walk along the beach or West Grand Avenue to the Pier, amusements, fine dining and shopping in the downtown area. Our lodgings offer a choice of immaculate, comfortable motel rooms, 2-room kitchenette/apartment units and Jacuzzi Rooms. Several of our rooms feature oceanfront views.

Our beachfront pool area is a sunny and inviting, with umbrella tables, lounge chairs, barbecue grills and a hot tub. The pool overlooks an area of sand dunes and the ocean just beyond. Here you'll enjoy swimming and relaxation by day and the tranquil sounds of the surf by night. Our large hot tub is open all year! Perfect after a swim in the ocean or pool, or a soothing warm-up in the off-season.

We have 9 Ocean Front rooms located in the main house. These rooms offer sweeping ocean views with private or common decks. For your additional convenience, these rooms also have their own refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Of course they have individually controlled heat, Air Conditioning (not that we need it here on the ocean in Maine), wireless high speed Internet, HBO, and deck chairs. Bedding in this building: 3 rooms with a queen bed and trundle bed (2 twins), 3 rooms with a queen bed, 2 rooms with two double beds and 1 room with a king bed.
Jacuzzi Rooms Building - Our 4 Jacuzzi Rooms are located nearest the beach and adjacent to the pool and hot tub. These rooms all offer private decks and ocean views.
The Grand Suite - This new 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Suite includes a full living room, a day room, dining area with gas fireplace, full kitchen including dishwasher and laundry, private barbecue and deck. Pricing is based on 4 people but suite will sleep 10 guests. During full and peak season Sat to Sat 7-Night reservations only in this Suite.
