Staying at Cedar Crest Inn for just a few days gives you ample time to enjoy the varied leisure activities not far from your doorstep, such as hiking, golfing, sailing or kayaking. If that’s a little too energetic for your tastes, a bit of cheese tasting at Maine Cheese just down the road on Route One, or museum explorations in Rockland and Owl’s Head, may be just what you’re looking for. If you prefer walking, there are plenty of opportunities close by. Taking a journey down to Camden Village is a fifteen minute walk away, and there’s also Merryspring Gardens, which is only 150 feet or so from your door.
