Located in Bethel, Maine on Route 2, the ROStay is the closest motel to Sunday River Ski Resort, a scant 4 miles away, a quick 5 minute ride, and only 1.5 miles to the center of scenic Bethel Village, Home of Gould Academy and the NTL Institute.

Each of our rooms has been carefully furnished and decorated for your enjoyment and comfort. We have Free Hi-Speed wireless Internet access (available in most rooms – please request on booking to be sure). There are TV’s and VCR’s in all rooms and we offer a Free Video Library with over 200 movies to select from.

On winter weekends and holidays we offer a free après ski with hot chocolate, spiced cider, tea and cookies. In the morning, we offer an optional $8 breakfast. We have an outdoor hot tub for year round relaxation and enjoyment and a heated ski tuning room with benches available for your use. Summer guests love our outdoor heated pool and sitting by the fire and toasting marshmallows. Our picnic area is a great spot for lunch. Those feeling more energetic may try a game of horseshoes or badminton. Stroll through our beautifully manicured 5 acre grounds and admire the flowers and vegetables in our gardens or the seasonal decorations. Relax outside your room and watch the squirrels and chipmunks steal sunflowers and corn from the garden.

Inntel Rooms - Offer the ambiance of an Inn Room and the privacy of a motel room. Inntel Rooms are all ground level and offer parking in front of each room making bringing in luggage effortless. These rooms are a favorite of our guests who have trouble climbing stairs, but don't require handicap accessible rooms. All Inntel rooms are non-smoking. Each room is individually decorated with homemade quilts and comfortable furnishings giving each room its own unique theme and personality. These rooms have one Queen bed, two Double beds, or one Queen bed with a Pullout Couch. Inntel rooms all have cable television, VCR, private bath with shower (no tub), air-conditioning, a telephone with modem hook-up and free Wireless Internet Access. All rooms are non-smoking. Sorry, no pets allowed in this building.

Deluxe Motel Rooms - Our Deluxe Motel Rooms are ideal for families and the mini-fridge makes it more attractive for longer stays. Each motel room has one Queen and one Double bed, cable television, VCR, telephone with modem hook-up, refrigerator, microwave, air-conditioning and ceiling fans (most have Wireless Internet Access). Each room has its own full private bath with shower and tub.
We have one Deluxe Room that is fully handicapped equipped and accessible. All rooms are non-smoking. Pets are allowed in five of these rooms.

Deluxe Efficiency Two Bedroom Suite - Our Deluxe Efficiency Two Bedroom Suite can sleep up to six people. Great for families or small groups. One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, the other with a queen bed. The living room is furnished with a double bed futon, couch, chairs cable television and VCR. A large eat-in kitchen is equipped with all major appliances. (You supply the dishwasher!) This suite as free Wireless Internet access and is non-smoking. Sorry, no pets allowed here.
