Linekin Bay Bed & Breakfast, East Boothbay Harbor, Maine

We are located in the Boothbay Region in the famed shipbuilding village of East Boothbay right on the coast of Maine. Our B&B was originally built in 1878 and is named after the shimmering Linekin Bay which it overlooks. During 1998 our B&B was entirely renovated, mindfully maintaining its Victorian charm, yet allowing us to offer guests the best of modern comfortable conveniences.

Our B&B offers just four guest rooms, allowing us the opportunity to be most attentive to the comfort of our guests. Our goal is that each guest will have a unique and memorable stay at our B&B. All of our guest rooms have a view of Linekin Bay, air conditioning, private bath, telephone, cable television/VCR, wireless internet access and Vermont style fireplace. At the end of your day's activities, relax in our spacious sun room and enjoy one of our delicious, homemade desserts and a refreshing beverage.

All of our rooms have beautiful water views of Linekin Bay. The Holbrook Suite is a first floor room and our other three rooms are located on the second floor.

All of our guest rooms have private baths with Lord & Mayfair soaps, conditioning shampoo, and lotion. Hair dryers are provided for guests to use.

For the comfort of our guests, all of our guest rooms have air-conditioning. We receive refreshing afternoon breezes off the bay which keeps our B&B comfortable on most summer days and evenings. In the summer the beds are covered with beautiful lightweight down blankets with satin trim. For winter stays, each room in the inn has a separate thermostat, so that you are in control of the heat in your room. In the winter, guests sleep under warm down comforters by Cuddledown of Maine. Both the blankets and comforters are hypoallergenic. Each bed has four comfortable pillows. Two feathery down and two cotton/polyester pillows are on each of our queen and king beds.

All of our rooms have soundproofing so that your stay will be quiet and restful. For the safety of our guests, the Linekin Bay B&B has a modern fire protection system.
