Weston House B&B, Eastport, Maine

Welcome to Weston House in Eastport, Maine and enter a world of quiet country elegance and charm. Jonathan Weston built this Federal Style house in 1810 on a hill overlooking Passamaquoddy Bay. Weston, an 1802 graduate of Harvard, practiced law in Eastport and was active in political affairs. The New England house has offered hospitality to numerous travelers through the years. In fact, John James Audubon stayed here while awaiting passage to Labrador in 1833.

Today at the bed and breakfast inn, you will find large lodging accommodations that are elegantly furnished with collections of antiques and oriental rugs. You can relax and enjoy roomy comfort with a view of the bay, the flower garden and expansive lawn.

Enjoy a sumptuous breakfast in the dining room amid family treasures while listening to soft background classical music. Sip freshly squeezed orange juice, then savor heavenly pancakes served with hot apricot syrup laced lovingly with apricot brandy, or freshly baked muffins and coddled eggs. Menus are many and varied, ranging from simple to simply elegant. A fine selection of tea or freshly ground coffee is offered.
