Pres du Port B&B, Stonington, Maine

This lovely old saltwater home was built in 1849 when Stonington was an important source of granite for the developing urban centers of our country.

The house is located on a rise overlooking Greenhead Cove, home to many of the 400 lobster boats that fish from here. The view includes numerous islands with Ile au Haut in the background.
