One of Carmel's original hotel accommodations, The Colonial Terrace sought out the peace and tranquility of the village neighborhood when it was built in 1925. Located just one block from a breathtaking white sand beach, The Colonial Terrace is a short walk to the quaint European style village offering romance, gourmet dining, shopping, spas, art galleries and fun.

San Antonio, Carmel and Terrace Suites – Ocean view with king bed, fireplace and kitchenette. Optional balcony, twin sofa sleeper or whirlpool tub.
Ocean View – Offers ocean view with king or queen bed, fireplace. Optional sofa sleeper or balcony.
Deluxe Rooms – More spacious rooms with garden views including a king or queen bed, kitchenette and fireplace.
Standard and Courtyard - Courtyard, garden or slight ocean view with king or queen bed plus fireplace. Optional tub/ shower or shower only.
