One of the oldest houses in Galena. Built in 1836 by Captain Robert Harris, a Riverboat Pilot and Lead mine Owner, the home has retained the character of the past. Later modifications such as floor replacements &adding over 40 mission style leaded glass windows in the 1920’s have enhanced its beauty greatly. The Guest House also offers free high-speed internet access via a 108 Mbps wireless link (B/G/Super G MIMO) in all rooms, or Ethernet cable in the living room.
