1882 Harvest House is a restored Victorian home; its land grant is signed by Abraham Lincoln. This home has reportedly been used for inn keeping since Eureka Springs' earliest days. Enjoy full breakfast in our formal dining room or get comfy in the all seasons room gazebo, overlooking the expansive lawns, gardens and trees. 1882 Harvest House & Eureka Springs goes green with eco-friendly soaps, chemical free housecleaning, allergy conscious decor, recycled furniture, wood and ceramic tile floors with area rugs, plus naturopathic and indigenous landscaping. 1882 Harvest House is lovingly restored as of Spring 2008. Final touches of carpentry repairs and a renewed painted lady whose color pallet of hues features one color selection taken from previous owners of the century past.

Located on a quiet residential street just two blocks east of Main Street and historic downtown, the trolley stop is a level walk four doors down to Highway 62/Van Buren. Heavy woods are behind the house; throughout the day deer and other fauna graze on the serene, spacious grounds. Private parking on premises adjoin the gardens under a very large oak tree, its age estimated between 125 to 200 years old.

Our elegant suites, romantically decorated with vintage collectibles, let you experience luxury as it was meant to be. Each air conditioned room has a ceiling fan, offers wifi, a TV with DVD/CD player, access to our own movie library; some rooms feature private entrances, Jacuzzis and fireplaces. Serenity is the key, close to town, with relaxing surroundings and spacious grounds.
