The Annapolis Royal Folly bed and breakfast inn awaits to pamper you like royalty in the very heart of the Annapolis Historic District. Just steps from the U.S. Naval Academy, the Maryland State Capitol, and the many shops and restaurants of downtown Annapolis. We have large, bright and private rooms that exude elegance and charm. Royal Folly is centrally located, directly across from the beautiful St. John's College and features a quiet haven where you may relax by firelight, enjoy a soothing Jacuzzi, an outdoor hot tub, or simply relax in our elegant, and large well-appointed suites.

Royal Folly is located in Annapolis' historic district, directly across from the beautiful campus of St. John's College, and steps away from the US Naval Academy and the historic Maryland State Capitol building. Once you arrive you will have little need for a car. Everything is within walking distance...great restaurants, extraordinary shops, historic sites, and the Annapolis harbor as the gateway to the incredible Chesapeake Bay.

Of the 14 rooms within Royal Folly, there are five large guest suites available. All have newly tiled private baths with heated towel racks and luxurious bathrobes, small refrigerators and cable TV with DVD and/or VCR. The inn features five large guestrooms including a three-room suite. There are nine fireplaces, a rear patio with fountain, a deck with hot tub, library, front parlor, formal dining room, computer room for off-site business (high speed Internet and faxes available at no charge), and all suites have private bath (some with Jacuzzi) and cable television. Enjoy our front parlor with its fireplace, where you may relax, read a good book, peruse guidebooks and local menus, or mingle with other guests. We serve full gourmet breakfasts, and on Sunday a champagne brunch is served and a late check-out is offered.
