The guest house provides many of the amenities you would find at home and is located in LA's charming residential Silverlake and Los Feliz neighborhoods. It is accessible to many attractions like Hollywood, Universal Studios, the Getty Museum, Disneyland, Magic Mountain, and of course, sunny beaches of Southern California. Within walking distance to local shops and restaurants.

Sanborn House has two guest units providing Hollywood charm and comfort: a Guest Suite (GSuite) and a Guest Room (GRoom). Both have its own private bath, TV/VCR, telephone, ceiling fan, queen size bed, and parking. Both share and have access to the guest kitchen. In addition, the guest suite has a sitting /living room and its own private entrance.
