Just a few minutes' walk from the Porter Square subway station, Blue's Bed and Breakfast is conveniently located near the Harvard Observatory, Center for Astrophysics (CfA and Radcliffe Quad area), Harvard and Lesley Universities, with Tufts, MIT, and downtown Boston just a quick 'T' or train ride away. Blue's Bed and Breakfast, once the home of "L'il Abner" cartoonist Al Capp, offers two big, sunny, and comfortable guest rooms. A healthy, home-cooked breakfast is served in the formal dining room or on the shady garden terrace, weather permitting.

There are two spacious, sunny guest rooms on the third floor:
The Studio, 25' by 13', with 12 foot ceilings is furnished with an antique brass king-sized bed, which can be converted to twins.
The Fireplace Room, 16 foot square, with a working fireplace, has a queen-sized bed, and private phoneline.
Both rooms have comfortable sitting areas with a sofa, desk, television. Each room has five windows, which provide through breezes, although fans and air-conditioning are available in the summer. Both rooms share a modern bathroom, with marble sink and shower/tub combination. Beds have comfortable mattresses, down comforters (when needed), and a choice of down or fiberfill pillows.
