The Fleming Jones Homestead Bed & Breakfast Inn is a charming historic 1883 homestead and working horse ranch on 11 acres nestled between art and antique filled Placerville and famous Apple Hill. The bunk and main houses reflect comfortable furnishings and period antiques. Rates include full breakfast, welcoming treats, all have private bathrooms and all rooms air-conditioned. The main house has three rooms to offer: Lover's Fancy, the Flower Garden Room and the Oak & Rose Room. Upstairs, Lover's Fancy is a spacious room with sitting area and whirlpool tub sharing the balcony with the Flower Garden Room, where our guests can relax with early morning coffee or cold drinks on a balmy day. The Oak & Rose Room, is downstairs and boasts a beautiful antique hand-carved bed frame. These rooms are furnished in lovely French-Swiss antiques in keeping with the heritage of the home with an eye towards comfort and the business traveler (since we are also business travelers ourselves). All of our guests are invited to relax in the Parlor or on the Main House porch and make use of the dining room as desired.

The separate bunkhouse is located but a few paces away from the main house and has a private deck overlooking the horse pastures in the back. It has two separate rooms with private bathrooms, which can either be reserved separately or together as a suite. Old-fashioned cast iron tubs enhance the bunkhouse's western theme of this former working cattle ranch that supplied Placerville prospectors and pioneers with food and produce. On one side of the bunkhouse is the room called the Bunkhouse Room and this has a full sized bed. The other half of the bunkhouse building holds the Woodshed Room.
