This renowned Bed & Breakfast is one of the original "home stays" in the area. You'll leave the rat race far below as you ascend into the Chugach Mountains. We are located at 1100' elevation with one of Anchorage's prettiest views. Five wooded acres of unspoiled Alaskan wilderness surround this custom built cedar home. The sweeping view includes the city's lights, Cook Inlet, Denali, distant glaciers, islands, mountains and three active volcanoes. We are a rustic B&B establishment with a quiet adult atmosphere. Our inn is suitable for well-behaved children over the age of 12. Quality features were incorporated in the design of this secluded B&B, situated in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. 4WD is advised October through May.

The Sourdough Suite - Is often referred to as "Group Therapy for Two". This is our most popular room with locals celebrating special occasions. A romantic retreat with queen size Beautyrest and solid brass frame. The sitting alcove has TV/VCR, fridge, easy chairs and an outstanding view. The private bath includes a dressing room and a luxurious 4x5 lace-curtained Jacuzzi tub. Savor one of life's most civilized indulgences....breakfast in bed, if you choose.
