We wanted a simple intimate wedding for just the two of us - no guests. The first time we met the wedding coordinator was 30 minutes AFTER our wedding was suppose to start. The wedding coordinator had suggest we get ready in separate areas and offered to help me get ready prior to the service; however we had to get ready together since she wasn't there. The Pastor was an hour late; they tried to call his house and cell phone but he didn't answer either place nor did he call to let anyone know he was running late. The photographer arrived on time however he left in the middle of our time to go buy batteries; he didn't have any spares with him. He said our pictures would be there when we checked out Saturday. I had to make several phone calls after we left inquiring about our pictures. We noticed a whole roll of pictures was missing. The wedding coordinator never told us the cake was wrong or had issues with it I addressed this with her when we cut the cake. The wedding flowers were the only thing done correctly. The weather was perfect but that was nothing they controlled. Our wedding was handled in a very unprofessional manner. I am very thankful that I didn't have any family or friends there because I would have been embarrassed to say I paid for that kind of service. The lack of care and concern these people showed my fiancée and I on a very important day of our lives will unfortunately be a part of our wedding memories forever. Evidently customer service is not a strong concern of this establishment. The cabin was not very clean. There was spiders/bugs (alive & dead) throughout the cabin.
