Located in beautiful Starr Valley, at the base of the East Humboldt Mountains of the Ruby Mountain Range. The Ranch borders National Forest lands. Four season recreational experiences for couples, families, groups and individuals. Each season manifests its own beauty. Wildlife abundant for avid photographers, artists and hunters. Miles of trails adorned with wildflowers and quak'en aspens.
The Main Lodge of this working cattle ranch is located at an elevation of 5800 feet.
A good days hike or overnight spike camp trip takes you up to ‘Hole in the Mountain' at an elevation of 11,308. Another day or overnight hike would take you to pristine Angel Lake, Gray's Lake and Steele Lake, all nestled high in the mountains. Each with great fishing. (with permission)
Secluded at 7,000 feet elevation in the aspens is our private Cabin adorned with all amenities. Panoramic views of the valley and the mountains can be seen from inside or sitting on the deck. Watch the deer visit our own Lake Louise. In the winter, watch the snow falling all around you as you enjoy the warmth of the fireplace.
All seasons are beautiful in this quiet, peaceful setting at the Lodge, Cabin or Spike Camps. During the summer months you can sleep out under the stars with the Milky Way as your duvet. Star gazers should bring their telescopes for incredible viewing.
The Lodge - Gourmet Candlelight dinner $30 per person,
including cocktails & hors d'oeuvres. Reservations required.
Complementary buffet luncheon for guests with extended stay.
Families single/couple rate for Youth 14 and above; childdren 13 years of age/younger,
additional guest room $75 each including Gourmet Country Breakfast.
Roll-a-way bed available, $35 each, one per room. Crib available.
Business Meetings - rent the entire Lodge for the day breakfast, luncheon and/or dinner served. Plenty of workroom. Formal dining room seating for 16. Additional workrooms available. Outdoor buffet/barbeque, picnic by the creek. We support your work-entertainment needs. Price on Request
Wedding Reception and/or Honeymoon - catered reception under a beautiful canopy; Honeymoon high in the mountains at the beautiful Cabin or at the Lodge. Take over the Lodge for the entire wedding! Price on Request
A 15% group fee is required for groups of 10 or more
The Cabin - self catering - Gourmet kitchen, fully appointed. Queen bed downstairs, four twins in the Loft. If traveling, we can stock with supplies, or you may bring your own. We'll prepare meals for you by arrangment
