Negatives: Noisy AC, broken shower (fixed), horrible cot. We slept on the floor.

The kids loved the pool and the quick ride to area beaches and shopping just across the river. Great hotel for the business traveler. The staff went out of their way to get us directions to a family .....

It's a Holiday Inn! It's in the process of being updated - needs more work but the people were lovely and helpful.

Good basic hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms- bed especially comfortable. Nice showerhead! About a mile walks from Downtown Portsmouth.

I was happily surprised at how nice the Holiday Inn in Portsmouth, NH turned out to be. It made me feel like there might be a chance I would be disappointed and there would be nothing I could do .....

This hotel is easy to find and convenient but it doesn't have some amenities (such as a mini bar) and it's a little run down. Rooms near the elevator were very noisy, so ask to be away from there. .....
