There are flowers, potted plants, a burbling fountain, chairs and umbrellas, and a small library with a fireplace. The property is set well-back from the street, and is out of the bustle of town, yet is only half a block to the beach, and a short walk to downtown. Check-in is at Cannon Beach Hotel a block to the south.

Each guest unit has a private entrance via the courtyard, and is tastefully appointed with custom-made cherry wood furnishings and Italian linen duvet covers, jumbo pillows, a gas fireplace, large TV and video player, and original local art. Some have kitchenettes, two-person Jacuzzi spas, and a private patio or deck. There is great attention to detail throughout.
The units can sleep two or four guests, depending on the layout.
