Brookside Manor Bed & Breakfast is a beautiful Victorian manor situated on 5.5 partially wooded acres only six minutes from the historic village of Fredonia in pastoral Chautauqua County (between Buffalo, New York and Erie, Pennsylvania) on the Niagara Frontier.
Built in 1875, the house has over 6,200 square feet of living space on the two main floors and four spacious guest rooms.
Guests are served a delicious full breakfast each morning in the sun filled dining room where the table is set with fine linens, china, silverware, and fresh flowers.
The four spacious and beautifully appointed non-smoking guest rooms are designed to make your stay pleasant and peaceful. All rooms have a private bathroom, queen size bed, A/C, and telephones. The Brookview Suite features an extra large bathroom with full tub/shower, large windows, wall to wall carpeting, upholstered chair and love seat, a pencil post bed, and TV. Our other three guestrooms all have nicely designed bathrooms with a two-seated shower, large windows with antique inside window shutters, TV, and hardwood floors. Unique family heirlooms add to the ambience of all the rooms.
