The Eggery Inn, Tannersville, New York

Atop a 12 acre mountainside setting in Tannersville, NY, this previously restored, 100 year old three story farmhouse offers 15 guest rooms and a heavenly mountainous view. It holds a white exterior with black shutters and trim. Inside leans towards an oak look, although each room showcases an independent decor.

Built in 1900, the James H. Leach Family dairy farm began to accommodate guests in the late 1930's and a boarding trend continued into the '70's. Forerunners in the concept of "B&B," Julie & Abe Abramczyk purchased the Eggery Inn in 1979, and restored and transformed the Dutch Colonial Farmhouse into the first Bed & Breakfast in Tannersville, NY.

Throughout all the changes, one thing that has remained constant since 1900, is that the Eggery Inn offers. Top of the mornin' to ya! Coffee or tea anyone? It's time for a full, hot, choice-menu Breakfast with table service. No matter what you choose, pancakes, french toast, omelets, or eggs of any style, you're sure to be satisfied!
