Named "One of Arizona's 10 best B & B's" by Phoenix Magazine, this stately 1906 Victorian home is located in the Historic District of Prescott and is the only Bed and Breakfast within easy walking distance (three blocks) to Courthouse Plaza's restaurants, shops, galleries and "Whiskey Row".

Completely renovated in 1990 and redecorated in 2007, the spacious, comfortable and charming accommodations make everyone feel welcome. All four guestrooms have private baths and include two two-room suites; one with fireplace and the other with private deck. The warm hospitality of owner Jeanne Watkins offers visitors to the high desert a place to relax and enjoy the wonders of historic Prescott.

The Terrace Suite: The elegant downstairs suite has a sitting room with sofa bed and an attached private deck, queen size bed in the bedroom and bathroom with shower and bathtub. Including a full hot breakfast.
The Prescott Room: The bright and sunny upstairs corner room has a king size bed and large private bathroom with shower, located directly across the hall from the room. Including a full hot breakfast.
The Garden Room: This cheerful corner upstairs room has white wicker furnishings, a queen size bed and private bathroom with shower. Including a full hot breakfast.
Rates based on single or double occupancy. Additional persons in the suites are $20 per person per night.
