National Trail Schoolhouse Inn, Brownsville, Ohio

Formerly known as the "Brownsville School", this handsome building has been graciously transformed to a spacious and delightful country home, retaining the spirit from school days of a century ago when the water was drawn from the spring and bathroom facilities were located outdoors.

A pleasant mixture of primitive and country furnishings is shared with guests throughout the 5000+ sq. ft. home. Probably it's best feature it's huge country kitchen with fresh baked pies on most of the time.

With over 1700 sq. ft. of common space, including the schoolhouse stage, there are plenty of private places for those intimate times.
