Cotton Lane Resort is a brand new facility for RV's, Park Models and Mobile Homes, featuring some of the largest lots and homesites in the industry! Located approximately 15 minutes west of Phoenix, just off I-10, Phase I of has recently opened with 285 spaces (40 pull thru lots), and Phase 2 is under construction. A practice executive golf course is also under construction, with 4 holes located through the spacious resort (golf course lots available!).
