Magic Valley is located in Weslaco, Texas. We have all the shopping and restaurants one could ask for, and excellent medical facilities close by. We are only five miles from golfing and seven miles from PROGRESO, MEXICO which is one of the best border shopping towns in the area.

Our park offers something for everyone. We have twenty four shuffleboard courts, a pool hall, a laundry facility, swimming pool and hot tub, tours which leave from the park, and all kinds of activities. Just an hour drive from the Park, you will find all the beach activities you could ask for at SOUTH PADRE ISLAND.

With 437 mobile and recreational vehicle lots, the Park and its many facilities serve as both a permanent residence and winter home for people from all over North America.
