Green Tree Village RV Park, San Antonio, Texas

Greentree Village, featuring extra large sites, is one of San Antonio's finist RV parks. We are only minutes from San Antonio's world famous attractions including The Alamo, The Riverwalk, Sea World, and Six Flags Fiesta Texas.

In the early 1960's, Tom & Charles Garrett constructed their first mobile home park on Walzem Rd in northeast San Antonio. Within thirty days of the park's opening, a tremendous storm, with tornado-like winds, passed over the city and overturned most of the mobile homes then in the park. In those days it was not the practice to tie down mobile homes. In spite of this unfortunate beginning, the park grew, and in the later 1960's began to accept and accommodate recreational vehicles. The location was convenient to the city and its many attractions. Greentree Village North was constructed in 1972 to provide additional capacity which was not available at the original site. The new park was patterned after the old one with respect to wide lots, well kept grass lawn, full hook ups, cable TV, clubhouse, laundry, pool, exercise room and equipment, & many other amenities.



Take I-35 to O'Connor Road (exit 169). Then go 1/2 mile West on O'Connor Road. Be sure you are in the far right lane as O'Connor Road turns to the right. After turning right, we will be on the left hand side. Remember, follow the signs for O'Connor Road. Unfortunately, virtually all maps are inaccurate as to our location. We have 64 Full Hookup pull-through sites, with 30 & 50 Amp service as well as Expanded Time Warner Cable TV at no extra charge. Wi-Fi, High Speed Wireless Internet is also available! Each site is 90' x 30'. Also, we have 70 back-in FH sites for long-termers. BIG RIGS ARE WELCOME.
