The Sheridan House, Fremont, Michigan

Although a small town located just 50 minutes northwest of Grand Rapids and 25 minutes northeast of Muskegon, Fremont is big on hospitality. As the birthplace of Gerber Products Company, Fremont is in fact the "Baby Food Capital of the World" and celebrates our status each summer with the National Baby Food Festival. Although The Sheridan House Bed & Breakfast is only minutes from Fremont businesses and restaurants, it's location on the beautiful 800-acre, Fremont Lake, is a perfect location for an overnight visit or a longer stay. A visit to the Fremont Area Chamber of Commerce web site, www.fremontcommerce.com will provide many more details about the city named after the General John C. Fremont, war hero and first Republican Party nominee for President of the United States

When in their room, our guests may relax on pillow-top beds to watch cable television or view a movie before turning in for a good night's rest. The two rooms also have a comfortable, well-lighted sitting area from which to relax or to read a book. For those on business, free wireless internet service is available. Both rooms have great views of Fremont Lake. Each room has its own thermostat and, during the warm days, the entire home is air conditioned. Deluxe bathrobes are furnished for the comfort of our guests. Each room has an ironing board and iron.
