Colorado Landing is the clean, well kept park 6 blocks from town square in a quiet, peaceful setting by the Colorado River. Large prepared RV sites, full hook-up, pull thru and back-in sites. Great view of the river and a wonderful spot for wildlife viewing and bird watching. The Tree House sits high above the Colorado River's lower bank on 15-foot tall poles overlooking the water. This studio style cabin is secluded from the rest of the park. .

The Tree house accommodates two adults. Has 1 full bed and a queen sleeper sofa. It is furnished with many modern conveniences. Enjoy home cooked meals in a furnished kitchenette including a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave oven. Dishes, pots & pans, and some linens are included.

Sit back and relax on the large open air patio, complete with table and chairs as you enjoy the scenic views of the Colorado River and the nearby walking trails. Open Air Patio

We are a quiet, friendly community with 50 RV Sites and 33 Mobile Home Sites. RV - Recreational Vehicles - We have 50 Large RV full hook up "prepared" sites nestled among lush trees near the Colorado River. All are available on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Pull-through sites, size 30' X 65', Back-in sites, size 40' X 80', Overflow sites, full hookups. Each site is maintained to ensure a "level" stay for all types and sizes of RVs. All sites are big rig ready!
