Horton Creek Inn B&B, Charlevoix, Michigan

We wanted a little more than a log cabin bed and breakfast in northern Michigan, so we built a cedar log home as a northern Michigan Bed and Breakfast near Horton Bay. Tucked away on 60 acres of quiet Michigan pines, this Bed and Breakfast brings you the best of northern Michigan including strolling the gardens and butterfly house, viewing the ponds, walking the trails, or relaxing by the pool. The peaceful quiet you will experience here will make it hard for you to leave. The surrounding region is full of northern Michigan beauty and history. Nearby Horton Bay, Michigan was a favorite haunt of Ernest Hemingway and is now home to some nice shops including the Horton Bay General Store. Of course, we can't leave out the many local attractions found in the beautiful northern Michigan communities of Charlevoix, Petoskey and Boyne City, Michigan.

All of our guest rooms have air conditioning, hand-made queen beds and are set up to accommodate one or two people. They include a desk or table area and a comfortable chair. We are sure you will enjoy the uniqueness found in each room. You might need to return again to try them all.

In the house you will find lots of open space to sit and visit or quiet corners to read a book. In our family room enjoy our 150 gallon aquarium or for those who wish to watch TV, we have a large selection of movies. For your music enjoyment we have CD's and individual players in each room.

We know that you will find the full breakfast that we serve at 9:00 a.m. in our four-seasons sunroom very satisfying in every way. Both the food and view is more than you could ask for. Your rate also includes an evening snack. Be sure to let us know of dietary needs.
