We are located just five miles from Bethany, Fenwick & Ocean City.

Off the beaten path & set back on 4.5 acres, our B&B is adjacent to the Assawoman Wildlife Area, an expansive preserve condusive to birding, picnicking, bicycling, hiking, fishing, sailing, canoeing & kayaking.

Not just a B&B, our facilities can accomodate a variety of group events ranging from 5 to 100 persons. Local community organizations such as Little Assawoman Bay Conservancy, the Chamber of Commerce, the 38th District Democratic Party, & the Ocean View Red Hat Society have made Woodsong their home base for meetings and social events.
