Caplinger Mills River Front Resort, Stockton, Missouri

Caplinger Mills River Front Resort is nestled on the peaceful banks of the Sac River at the Historic Caplinger Mills Bridge and is the perfect place to get away from it all. Sitting on just under 15 beautiful acres, our resort is bordered by the Sac River and a classic Ozark creek, both of which are perfect for those who like to rock hunt or just poke around in the woods. Our serene location welcomes guests to relax and enjoy the river breezes.

Accommodations we offer:
The restored 3 bedroom Civil War Mill House can accommodate up to 8 guests and comes fully equipped with all the necessities, including linens and cookware. Just imagine yourself having breakfast on the back deck of the Historic Mill House as you watch the sun rise over the Sac River Valley.

Our 23 RV sites are all shaded waterfront sites and come with electrical and water hookups. If you do not own an RV or camper then we recommend renting one of our authentic Indian Tee Pee’s which are appropriately situated in the middle of our main meadow. An Indian Ceremony was actually performed to bless the area when they were erected in turn blessing those that stay in them. (Seasonal structures. Ask if availible) We have plenty of room for primitive tent camping.

Our spacious bathhouse offers clean restrooms, private dressing area and hot showers. We have a well supplied store for those forgotten convenience items as well as lots of snacks, cold drinks, ice, firewood, tackle and bait.
