Water regulators are strongly advised, 80 lbs. pressure. Please repair leaking sewer or water immediately.
Parking
Recreational vehicles must park in assigned spaces. Do not park on grass or empty R.V. spaces. Check at the office about parking your extra vehicle. Please park with care. Utilities or fixtures damaged by tenants or their guests will be charged to the tenants.
Dump - Please do not leave your dump valve open. Dump as often as you like. Do not let your waste water set in your drain hose. This will reduce oders, especially while it is hot. Holding tank deodorizers and digesters are avaiable at the office.
